CS. VAIBHAV AGNIHOTRI

Practicing since 2013, he is a Fellow Company Secretary and presently serving as a Secretary of Kanpur Chapter of NIRC of ICSI. He is registered in the Independent Director Data Bank after having qualified the Self Assessment Test with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.

He is also a Proprietor of V. Agnihotri & Associates and mainly focuses on Secretarial Audits, Due Diligence and all Listing Compliances along with Corporate Advisory Services including Public Issue.

He has depth knowledge of Working Capital Management and the lending norms of Banks/Financial Institutions and has experiences in Public Issue, Corporate Planning, Structuring and Re-structuring of Units. He has multitasking skills and a good exposure to compliance management system along with compliance audit, legal due diligence, vetting and drafting of various legal documents and agreements including Joint Venture Agreements.
He has been a member of the various technical committees of ICSI, Kanpur along with serving the Chapter as the Secretary.

Practicing more than 20 years, he is a qualified Lawyer having focus on criminal and registery matters. His focus also includes matters relating to Trademark and other IPR's.

He has complete and efficient knowledge of estate planning and probate along with understanding of court procedures.

He is a panelist in the Banks like Punjab National Bank, Indian Bank and Punjab and Sindh Bank. He has in depth knowledge of the Transfer of Property Act, Stamps Act and other regulatory acts including negotiable instruments Act etc.

With an extensive litigation experience, he has depth knowledge of drafting wills and contract.
He is proficient in e-filling systems with good organizational skills.
